A life in music.
A place for you in it.

Performer. Teacher.
Music therapist.
Music has taken me from the Broadway stage to classrooms, hospital rooms, and the wonderfully personal space of one-to-one lessons. Each experience has shaped the way I teach.
I performed in Billy Elliot on Broadway and have spent more than 15 years in professional performance, with work Off-Broadway and at Lincoln Center, Sony Hall, and 54 Below.
That experience comes into lessons as practical guidance: how to find ease in your voice, connect with a song, prepare for an audition, and feel more at home sharing music with others.
Technique matters.
So does the person.
As a Board-Certified Music Therapist, I bring clinical training and close attention to how people communicate, process, and learn. My internship at RWJ Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center included work in pediatrics, the PICU, NICU, burn ICU, and procedural support. Earlier training at Celebrate the Children and Complete Care deepened my experience with different ages and abilities.
In my teaching practice, these backgrounds come together. I tailor lessons to the student’s interests and goals, with structure where it helps and flexibility where it’s needed.
I love helping students discover what they can do—whether that means finding a first note, preparing for a big audition, or enjoying a song just because it feels good to sing.
My private lessons focus on musical learning. For clinical music therapy, you can find my work through Sonic Minds.
