The booking questions run in your browser. Your answers remain on the page until you choose to submit an inquiry; restarting the form or closing the page clears them. If you continue to Carepatron, these answers are not transferred automatically.

Booking and intake

Booking links open Carepatron in a separate tab. Scheduling, payment, detailed intake, and client records are handled there under Carepatron’s privacy practices. Please enter sensitive personal or health information only through the secure intake process.

Lesson inquiries

When you submit the inquiry form, your contact name, email, lesson preferences, selected package and displayed pricing (if applicable), and optional messages are sent through FormSubmit to annabellekempfmusic@gmail.com so Annabelle can respond. For a child or teen, use a parent or guardian’s contact details. Do not include diagnoses, medical records, or payment information. Read FormSubmit’s privacy policy for its data practices.

Contacting Annabelle by email

Email links open your email app. If you send a message, Annabelle receives the information you include. Keep general inquiries brief and avoid including medical records or payment details.

Other services

This site uses hosted fonts and serves Annabelle’s vocal reel through the site host. These services may receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser details when a page loads or you play the video. Links to Sonic Minds open a separate website with its own privacy practices.
